We understand that plans change — here’s how cancellations work at Purvam Fresh:
✅ Order Cancellations (Before Dispatch)
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it is dispatched from the farm, whichever is earlier.
To cancel, email us at hello@purvamfresh.com with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.
If the order hasn’t been processed or harvested yet, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
❌ After Dispatch
Once your order has been packed or dispatched from the farm, it cannot be canceled as all our produce is perishable and packed fresh for you.
🔁 Need to Modify the Order?
Reach out to us quickly! We may be able to make changes to your order if it hasn’t entered the harvesting or packing stage yet.
