What makes Purvam Fresh different?
We source directly from local farms that grow produce using natural, chemical-free methods. Your order is harvested fresh, packed at the farm, and delivered straight to you — no storage, no middlemen.
Are your products 100% organic?
While not all farms are certified organic, we work only with those following traditional, chemical-free, and sustainable farming methods. Many of them use cow dung compost, neem sprays, and natural pest control.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 2–4 working days after the order is placed. Since we harvest fresh for every order, there are no ready-made stocks.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across most major cities and towns in India. Delivery availability will be shown at checkout based on your pincode.
Can I return the products?
Due to the perishable nature of fresh produce, we don’t accept returns. However, if there’s a genuine issue (like damage or wrong item), we offer refunds or replacements. Just contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive tracking information via SMS or email once your order is dispatched. You can also contact our support team for updates.
Is it safe to pay online?
Yes! We use secure, encrypted payment gateways. Your payment and card details are never stored or shared.
Do you have a subscription model?
We’re working on it! Soon, you’ll be able to subscribe to weekly or monthly deliveries of your favourite farm-fresh products.
