Purvam Fresh was born from a simple realization:
Some of India’s most authentic and nutritious foods are still being made in villages by women who learned from their mothers, in kitchens that smell of ghee and cardamom, using methods that haven’t changed in generations.
But they’re disappearing.
Slowly. Quietly. Without fanfare.
As mass production replaced craftsmanship and artificial additives replaced patience, the food industry moved on. The villages did not.
We set out to bridge this gap.
