1. Eligibility

You may request a refund or replacement if:

  • Product is damaged during transit
  • Incorrect item is delivered
  • Product quality is compromised

2. Timeframe

Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of food products:

  • Opened/consumed items may not be eligible unless defective
