Q: Are your products really free of preservatives?
Yes, completely. We do not add any artificial preservatives, colors, or flavor enhancers to any of our products. Shelf life is achieved through traditional methods: small-batch cooking, proper sealing, and natural ingredients
Q: Where are your products made?
All our products are made in rural communities across India — primarily Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, and Karnataka. We source and produce at origin, not in central factories.
Q: How is cold-pressed oil different from regular refined oil?
Cold-pressed oils are extracted mechanically without heat or chemicals, preserving natural nutrients, flavor, and aroma. Refined oils undergo heat, bleaching, and deodorizing — stripping away most of what makes oil nutritious. Our oils taste and smell as they should.
Q: What is the shelf life of your products?
Shelf life varies by product. Sweets: 15–21 days. Oils: 6–12 months (unopened). Flours and grains: 3–6 months. All shelf life is natural — no chemicals extend it.
Q: Do you ship pan-India?
Yes. We ship to all major cities and most pin codes across India. Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days for metros, 5–7 for other locations.
Q: Can I return a product if I'm unhappy?
We stand behind every product we ship. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund — no questions asked.
Q: Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes. We offer special pricing for bulk orders (10+ units of a single product) and for retail/wholesale partners. Please contact us via the Wholesale Inquiry form.
Q: How do I know your artisans are fairly paid?
We operate on a fair-trade model — we pay above-market rates to every artisan and farmer we partner with. We publish our sourcing reports annually on the website.
